We provide world class capacity building in Digital Product and IT Service Management. As a PeopleCert Accredited Consulting Partner, we also provide consulting in implementing ITSM best practices, solutions, as well as assessing maturity based on ITIL4 Maturity Model.

Project Management

We provide world class capacity building in Project Management including Agile and Scrum. We also provide consulting in implementing Project Management best practices, technology solutions, and maturity assessments.

Business Process Reengineering

We work with your organization to map and optimize your business processes and value streams to provide visibility into operational activities that would lead to achievement of digital transformation strategies, as well as better collaboration, automation and overall operational excellence. We also support the adoption of process automation technologies including AI for service delivery.

ISO Certification Consultancy

We provide consultancy services to help your organization implement and attain ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20000 (Service Management) and ISO 42001 (AI) certification. Cyber Resilience

Business Simulations

We help your leadership and operational leads appreciate best practices in ITSM, Agile and DevOps through workshops that incorporate experiential learning. We are accredited by GamingWorks NL (and NITA) to offer the MarsLander ITSM simulation, a half day experiential learning that helps teams to appreciate best practices.
